We used Mike as our realtor for purchasing a home in the area. He was excellent.
My family and another stayed at a rental through Merrill Thomas. The rental process was easy, the location of the property was close to Whiteface, and there was more than enough room for 2 families. HOWEVER, the experience with the rental property at Owaissa Club was less than stellar. Upon arrival we found the place infested with ladybugs, cluster flies, and other bugs I couldn't even name. Jen Ledger is the best and made our home purchase journey as easy and enjoyable as possible--always going the extra measure to check in and answer endless questions and provide helpful information about the area and the home. Feel very lucky to have landed in her capable hands and in our new home. Couldn't have done it without her.
I have dealt with two of the agents, Nick and John. These guys went above and beyond to find us our dream house. Even took us on a boat ride so we could tour the lake where the home was located. Total five star service. Can’t say enough good things about Merrill Thomas reality.
