I just had the worst medical experience with Kevin. There was a miscommunication with scheduling. He made it very clear I shoulx have had a preop, even though i was told otherwise. Upon doing the preop he made it very clear he was still angry and raising his voice when asking questions. He was very unprofessional, so much so that I canceled my surgery. I decided to not follow through with the concern his unprofessional actions would carry over into the procedure.
