Very poor customer service. The care is suboptimal. The place used to be top notch and immaculate. It looks warn. My friend says the food is horrible and the care was lacking. We moved my friend out before anything bad happened. If your loved one is in need of memory care, don’t send them here!
The dining staff is are always pleasant and very helpful.
On January 6th, I left a short note for Libia who had told me she would do a few cleaning jobs in my apartment because of Alma's absence. I asked her to clean two things - the toilet and sink in the bathroom. I left to keep my appointment in the salon. Upon my return, I found that Libia had cleaned my shower and the mirror plus what I had asked her to do. I sent an email to Jill Johnson to let her know what Libia had done,
