My dad was at Fig Garden for 3 years and I finally had to remove him. The food has gotten so bad and they just keep raising the rent while new people get in for a lot less money.They do not appreciate the people who are loyal to them. I can understand why so many of the rooms are empty. The managers are nice people.

I am not a resident of Merrill Gardens San Ramon but have been a guest at lunch several times. I find that the food is mediocre at best. Salad bar has mostly canned vegies and fruit. Lunch menu has over cooked and too much sauce on entres. Best thing is their ice cream.
Upscale Retirement Community offering 3 meals a day and daily activities in a beautiful and private setting. Emergency call switches and all utilities including cable are some of the amenities included. Lots of VALUE.
