I have been here for over an hour and a half and I'm still sitting in the lobby. They haven't addressed me at all other than taking the meds I brought with me and letting me thru the door! I asked how long it was going to be and they couldn't even give me an ETA!
Nice staff but the system is horribly slow. Took me 8 hours to see a psychiatrist. If you have a job or are unable to wait for 8+ hours, dont come here.

Waited 5 hours with my baby. I wasn't feeling well and in need of a different medication. I got there at 2:50pm and waited until 8pm. I walked out when I saw the psychiatrist in her office watching the soccer game. Very selfish and no consideration for others and their time. The same psychiatrist was very dismissive the last time I was there too and gave me a medication I shouldn't be on. The other intake staff were great. I came in crying and walked out feeling worse.
