Waited 5 hours with my baby. I wasn't feeling well and in need of a different medication. I got there at 2:50pm and waited until 8pm. I walked out when I saw the psychiatrist in her office watching the soccer game. Very selfish and no consideration for others and their time. The same psychiatrist was very dismissive the last time I was there too and gave me a medication I shouldn't be on. The other intake staff were great. I came in crying and walked out feeling worse.
Needed help and they took the time to hear me
Wonderful Staff. Great Business. Felt caring psychiatrist was amazing. I am so fortunate to know about telecare. Family oriented surroundings also, not. Homeless , anymore.
