I went there and saw a doctor that I didn't like. I wanted to switch to Dr. Merrell because my husband and others had recommended him. There policy is that you can't switch doctors. I even went to a different doctor for 8 years and when he retired. I thought maybe then I could go to Dr. Merrell. But no I can't! So Dr. Merrell might be good but he works for a group that has a policy that doesn't make sense and doesn't put the patience's needs first.

Wish I could leave an actual review for this office but sadly I was not even able to make an appointment. After being hung up on and placed on hold I was finally able to reach someone on the third try after answering the question several times that I have not seen another provider there was still some confusion. I was told I could not speak to anyone else either that might be able to understand how I was answering the question. Had my first appointment at this office today. Anthony Merrill was indeed kind and seemed to partner with me on finding the reason for my pain and discomfort.

I was referred to Dr Merrill by my gynecologist. I was suggested to get an endoscopy done and prescription from some external source. I had to call the source multiple times to get my prescription. I called the front desk 2-3 times about it and they had not provided me with required help I went in person to the apothecary and had my prescription ordered, and picked up the following week. I am so grateful to my Primary care doctor who recommended Dr Merrill to me. He is so kind and caring. He has went over and beyond with my patient care, from explaining everything I needed to know about my procedure in his office, to checking on me multiple times in recovery room after my procedure, and calling after I went home to check on how I was feeling from some pain I was experiencing.
