Very disappointed. Was rushed through my appointment. Didn't have opportunity to explain my complex health issues, how my body shows signs of infection, what I was currently experiencing, etc. The minute I explained the pain was towards the back everything else I tried to discuss was dismissed. He just kept stating it was all back pain. I have chronic back/nerve pain so I know what that feels like. We received a recommendation from my husbands boss a Cardiologist. He send pts to Dr Merrill. When we came to our appt the front desk didn’t even look up at us and greet us. We gave them my son’s name and then I saw a sign in paper and did that. Went to walk away and she handed me new pt forms. Told her we already have them filled out and handed them to her. I went there and saw a doctor that I didn't like. I wanted to switch to Dr. Merrell because my husband and others had recommended him. There policy is that you can't switch doctors. I even went to a different doctor for 8 years and when he retired. I thought maybe then I could go to Dr. Merrell. But no I can't! So Dr. Merrell might be good but he works for a group that has a policy that doesn't make sense and doesn't put the patience's needs first.
Wish I could leave an actual review for this office but sadly I was not even able to make an appointment. After being hung up on and placed on hold I was finally able to reach someone on the third try after answering the question several times that I have not seen another provider there was still some confusion. I was told I could not speak to anyone else either that might be able to understand how I was answering the question.
