Spent over 36 minutes on the phone, was transferred at least half a dozen times. I have a very simple question I asked each rep and each rep transferred me. “I’d like to ask about your sbloc and the current rates”. Apparently they don’t need the business. Was eventually transferred to nothing, no ringing no music just dead silence for several minutes before having to start over.
