I had a bad experience with my previous VA clinic. I tend to hold healthcare organizations to the same standards I hold my own staff to because I work in healthcare myself and have very high standards for service and patient care. I’m happy to say the staff at the Havre VA Clinic have been outstanding — professional, prompt, respectful, and genuinely caring.
