My family and I are delighted with the attention we received from Lucia, from the information we received regarding the application requirements for the Merrifield Apartments at Dunn Loring Station Apartments to the key collection with Stella. The attention and every detail were thoroughly reviewed by Stella. I was very pleased with those comments, of course, which were detailed on a form. We had great experience during the tour and move in process. Stella was the representative that helped us. She found an issue with the sink and helped with fixing it before we moved in. She takes time to listen and help you. The apartment itself have gotten few upgrades while we are here. The tennis court, swimming pool and professional lawn management helps it look nice. Lots of open spaces if you have small kids and also very conveniently located.
Stella from the reception is very helpful. The clubhouse along with swimming pool is nice. There are also 2 tennis courts, volleyball court, basketball court and lots of open spaces. Plenty of parking but There is no assigned parking, so, sometimes that can be an issue as you may have to park further from where your apartment is.
Stella was a great help in resolving my issues in a timely manner!
