Staff and especially management is in competent and falsely blames consumer!! . They sent 3 incorrect bills for a neuter procedure up until the day prior of the procedure. Only after I pointed out all their errors and called them, did they admit it was wrong. Since my complaint they have removed all the incorrect bills from email and covering up now. I have copies of the emails and voicemails, which proves the wrongdoing and of course I cancelled my procedure, but have incurred checkups, blood work etc that they refuse t... read more
Fraudulent billing practices and gross negligence, avoid at all costs!! Management does not own up to issues, just makes excuses and tries to shift blame onto consumer as they over billed me x3 for same procedure.
