They have not considered my Cigna insurance and made me pay $282.80 for the physician visit/eye exam for my son. I informed them my plan would only want me to pay a copay of $35 and remaining would be covered by the insurance. They made me wait for next 30 minutes saying they would need that time to verify and came back saying that I have to pay the said amount. NOPE NOPE NOPE! I waited 2 months for an appointment and then when I was 5 mins away and they called me to tell me I needed a referral to come in. I NEVER needed a referral before, my son goes to the eye Dr every year. When I asked why she called me 5 mins before my appointment she said "Normally we don't call anyone so we are doing you a favor."
Dr. Kharkover was abrupt and rude when I called to ask about the health records of my child. What could have been amicably explained ended up being a brusque and frankly cold experience. Would not recommend.
I've been to Dr Ghanta in the past and it went well, but I think the pandemic has taken its toll. Sad times.
Dr. Wendy Martinez was the coldest, meanest most unprofessional, person I have ever encountered. I will never return to that office.
Dr. Kharkover has been our pediatricians since 2008. I have 3 kids and they all like him. He is very thorough and always takes his time. He is natural with kids. He is affiliated at Overlook Hospital and according to the nurses there, he is one of the best pediatrics in the Hospital. He is very knowledgeable, patient and friendly. He answers emergency calls. His staff have changed over the years and they are always nice to us. We have no complaints.
Dr Wetzler performed an EXCELLENT surgery on my knee and I wouldn't go to another ortho if my life depended on it...do yourself a favor..call him
I would definitely recommend Dr. Wetzler. He’s straight and too the point. His surgical team is amazing along with his office staff. I’m glad my physical therapist recommended me to him.
I have been patient of Dr. Bechtel's around 20 years. He has always been attentive and caring. I have never had problems with office staff. I would highly recommend.
