The customer service is POOR. Asking a simple question regarding their policy was met with over talking, a rude tone and stating “this is Merrick pharmacy”when informed that with my experience with other pharmacies that offer delivery, when I’m at an appointment with my daughter they will leave it in the mailbox for her. Staff were dishonest about calling for delivery on Monday and tells me “next time answer your phone”. There were no missed calls.
