My wife is away in Massachusetts for the weekend and she is experiencing a lot of problems with her Jeep Grand Cherokee. Leased a 2017 Grand Cherokee and finally it's out of my hands! The car was fully loaded which was great but the technology in the drivers seat kept going. They fixed the issue twice and it still went. They refused to fix the car on a weekend and I work 9-5 Monday to Friday. Beware don’t return a lease to this dealer . I was sent emails and mail all summer and fall offering money to turn in my lease . Do too global chip shortage and low inventory. I turned in my vehicle that had $10,000 of equity in it , which they immediately put up for resale and they never gave me a dime of the money they said they would if I turned vehicle over to them .
