I am a second time home buyer and really had no relationship to any home inspector and so we called around and Merrick appeared to be very reliable and thorough. They were not...A week after being in the house found that there was quite a substantial leak and mold in the home. We were told that it did not appear that there was any water damage in the home and that we did not need a mold test. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
