Their Customer Serivce is a Joke!! This company bills as Paramount Fitness and they list an 800 # as well. I called 1-800-748-4949 for assistance, the recording stated that I could go to their website www.gymmembership.com to make a payment and for account changes. I went to the website & it was just a bunch of advertisements for other gym businesses. I called back the number and actually spoke to a Rep, hoping to get somewhere, and she was just as useless as their website!! So Frustrated!!!
