I cannot say enough good things about this chiropractor — she is truly above and beyond amazing. From the moment you walk in, you feel cared for, listened to, and understood. Dr. Kelly is wonderful and always gets me back in shape! I’m very appreciative to have found her.
Don’t call to make a new patient appt if you have a complicated schedule (ex: you aren’t available to come in the very week you call). The receptionist will get very overwhelmed and hang up on you. One would think if I’m not asking to be seen right away, that this would not be a difficult task. The doctor is just as unprofessional. Made an excuse that her employee was very busy with 4 people standing in front of her when she took my call. Weird how one doctor can see 4 patients at the same time.
