That guy Billy in parts is a wealth of information. He is definitely the go to guy when it comes to finding the best parts and solutions for your boat!
When my husband died and I held a service for him, no one from merri-mar attended. This was after spending over 30 years there and spending LOTS of money for dockage, winter storage, repairs etc. They couldn't take an hour out of their day??? They could improve by caring about their customers. It makes me sick whenever I think about it. The same goes through for Rick who was running Boatwise at the time. When his wife passed, we were there for him. Where was he for me? Thoroughly disgusting.
