I thought the dentist was fine.However, I received a voicemail to give the office a call back to schedule my appointment. I called back as soon as I could & immediately was treated very poorly by the receptionist I was explaining why I was calling & she immediately cut me off and yelled through the phone "DATE OF BIRTH" I was astonished but still said my date of birth. Terrible communication, been trying to reach them (calls and texts) for a week about a simple Dr’s note and have no calls back. Missed out on a college exam AND work. that’s all they want and it’s everything I need but no one has reached out and it’s extremely upsetting and frustrating.
My daughter had her wisdom teeth and more extracted. From the front office, to the doctor, everyone was incredibly rude! Thankfully, I am an RDA so I know how to care for her post op. They gave NO instructions, and were completely unhelpful after the procedure. Left her alone in recovery, and basically pushed us out. Very disappointed.
Worst place ever. If I can give this place a negative five stars I will. We live in Paso Robles which is 2 hours drive to the office. I make an appointment for my dad to come in on a Monday at 10:30 am. We arrived at 10:00 am no one was there and the door is lock. Through we still early so we waited for an hour until 11 am no one show up so we have to drive 2 hours back home. The next morning I called the office at 9 am. Awful experience he was very RUDE and ROUGH he does not make you feel safe and comfortable as a matter of fact its really scary in his room never would I want to give my experience to anyone it was really awful if you ask him a question he gets MAD . Definitely should not be working with the public clinics should not refer patients to him its punishment . the only thing he cares about is getting paid he does NOT care about anyone one of his patients there is no educational background on him eith
Freaking AMAZING! As I was on the operating chair, ready to have all four wisdom teeth removed, Dr. Jerry Merrell injected me the the anesthesia and before putting me to sleep he said "Here comes the good stuff". I laughed and next thing I knew, I was waking up. About two weeks after getting my wisdom teeth removed, I got a nasty infection on an an area where a wisdom tooth was removed. I called the office and they were able to take me in that same say, right away. Great staff and Dr is the best
Took me on an emergency baisis. Great Oral Surgeon, Extracted two high risk teeth in 15 mins flat counting paperwork and xray! No no nonsense, strait to the point. No anesthesia though... but all in all considering the speed of the proceedure and result i have nothing to complain about. Great guy and great staff as well
Great doctor excelente staff from start to finish very caring i highly recommend this doctor
Dissapointed about customer service ZERO. Dissorganized, not good communication don't recommend.They don't accept responsability for their actions.
