Had a lovely experience shopping the other day (Sun 28/9)! I forgot to ask for her name but the woman with blonde hair and sick as piercings was so helpful 😼 I have absolutely no clue when it comes to hiking shoes, so it was fantastic to have someone answer all my questions so knowledgeably. Excellent service, I went in at 4.50pm on Saturday 28/9 to be served by Emee.Emee was amazing and went above and beyond,it didn't faze her that I went in close to closing time.I ended up buying 2 pairs of shoes.I shop at Merrell all the time and will come to this store to be greeted by such wonderful and friendly staff. Extremely Disappointing Customer Service I went into Merrell Shoes at Fountain gate with a faulty pair of shoes that were falling apart after just a few months of light daily use. The customer service I received from the casual staff member was great—they were polite and tried to help where they could.
