Had a lovely experience shopping the other day (Sun 28/9)! I forgot to ask for her name but the woman with blonde hair and sick as piercings was so helpful 😼 I have absolutely no clue when it comes to hiking shoes, so it was fantastic to have someone answer all my questions so knowledgeably. When I said I didn't like the designs available for my fit in women's sizing, she recommended I try it in men's instead, and I am sooo grateful she did! Excellent service, I went in at 4.50pm on Saturday 28/9 to be served by Emee.Emee was amazing and went above and beyond,it didn't faze her that I went in close to closing time.I ended up buying 2 pairs of shoes.I shop at Merrell all the time and will come to this store to be greeted by such wonderful and friendly staff.
