He was knowledgeable, organized and personable. At the meeting, he provided us with a written pamphlet with specific information about his company. Our experience using Merrell met or exceeded all of our expectations. The level of professionalism, skill, and customer focus of all of the key principles and major subs was outstanding. The level of communication from the project lead made things run smoothly and allowed us dovetail our personal schedules with the construction activities. I highly recommend Merrell and will certainly use them again.
We have had multiple projects done in our home. Our kitchen was completely redone, master bath redone, rooms were painted and more. Each project was done with precision. We were given suggestions, but every final decision was for us to make. We would recommend them to anyone and would have them do work at our home again if the need arises. Pam & Ken Harris
