I recently attended the practice for an iron infusion and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Rachel at reception was warm, and welcoming. Kathryn, the nurse, was professional, caring, and attentive throughout the infusion. She took the time to ensure I was comfortable and well informed, which I really appreciated.
