Poor service and communication specially from an older lady receptionist , no compassion
Very attentive and accommodating. Clinicians are very learned and up-to-date with current practice strategies. Admin Staff are cordial, understanding and compassionate. I am inclined to call in anytime I need medical services. Please keep it up.

Meroo street family practice have such wonderful doctors, nurses and staff. They are caring, kind and wonderful practitioners. I have been seeing them for over 10 years. The practice bulk bills which is such a relief with the price of living being so high. All the doctors are amazing, especially Dr Ackland, and the nurses are so kind. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
