Rachel is one of the most condescending and nasty receptionists I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. First few times I thought she must have been having a bad day but that woman is consistently rude to the point I will not be back. EDIT: The reply to this review is exactly the culture problem at this practice I have issue with. I was not upset as much about the medicare rules - I had asked to be put on the cancellation list for in person appointments, she said there was none. Staff are friendly and helpful and Doctors are caring and capable of dealing with our health problems.
