Mernda Village Medical has good doctors and office staff very nice and helpful.
Absolutely appalling that for results they charge you another fee in the same week and then when it’s not paid within a week they threaten that you cannot have any more further medical care until it’s paid. This place is everything that’s wrong with the medical system at the moment this is why our hospital system is so clogged up because of these people that are only after money not medical care.
Dr Shrestha is such a great professional who cares about his patients. Great with kids. Highly recommend.
My family and I have been visiting this clinic since 2017. It is so hard to find a good doctor these days, but our family GP is Dr Bimal Shrestha at this clinic and he is such a warm, kind and empathetic doctor. He takes the time to ensure that he has heard us and that he does the appropriate follow up and referrals, he doesn’t just take guesses and throw scripts our way. It’s so nice to have a GP who takes time to ask how the family is and how we are doing besides the issue that brought us to the clinic. Highly recommend!
