Hi, I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment today and was checked in, but someone who arrived later and checked in later was seen before me. This caused a 35-minute delay on my end. It seems the check-in process wasn’t properly managed. I’d suggest some training for the receptionists to ensure appointments are handled in the correct order, no apologies no communication at all and she just was seated there and couldn't care less on whats going on.
