EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with Mernda Car and Dog Wash. Went to use the coin machine, tapped my card, money was taken out of my account and NO coins came out at all. Had to leave with a dirty car because the machine took my money and gave me nothing in return. Tried calling the owner multiple times using the phone number displayed there and every single call failed. The number is clearly out of service. Absolutely unacceptable service and zero way to contact anyone for help or a refund. WILL NEVER RETURN.
I went to the car wash last night at 6.18pm, the machine took my $17 but when I drove in, it was telling me to exit so I paid for a wash that I didn't get. And trying to ring then, the call doesn't even get connected. Don't waste your time or money!!!
Went to use the laser wash this morning. It took my money and no car wash. Not working. Rung the phone number and it hangs up.straight away. Called in 2 days later and caught up with the manager. Explained the problem and was refunded straight away. Very Happy with the result. Thanks Mernda car wash 👍
Pull into a bay, put $12 in the slot, wash broken. No sign, no number to call. Crooks. Had to pause cleaning my car in the next bay a couple of times to warn other's it was broken. Use the touch prée at plenty valley.
