Only adding one star as I couldn't select none. Automatic wash is useless centre of the car didnt get any product whatsoever, underbody wash only half an effort. Close the bloody thing until you can have it running properly or maybe just sell it if you arent willing to put some money into it!
The auto wash is the best around, really does a great job.
EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with Mernda Car and Dog Wash. Went to use the coin machine, tapped my card, money was taken out of my account and NO coins came out at all. Had to leave with a dirty car because the machine took my money and gave me nothing in return. Tried calling the owner multiple times using the phone number displayed there and every single call failed. The number is clearly out of service. Absolutely unacceptable service and zero way to contact anyone for help or a refund. WILL NEVER RETURN.
