Merman Construction completed a large construction project for us in 2024. The project consisted of a 28x30 garage addition as well as a renovation of the existing garage space to a mudroom and new laundry room. Steve and his team are true professionals and executed above all expectations. The entire process was handled professionally with attention to detail. Recently Merman Construction completed work on my property. They did Construction on my shed. They replaced the tile on the roof and repaired the rotted floor. They also replaced the rotted wood on the exterior of the shed. They also did a complete renovation on the second floor of my bi-level. They added a bay window in the dining room and a sliding glass door that opens up to my beautiful Trex deck. I can't that the Mermans enough for their support and guidance. We highly recommend Merman Construction. The crew took the empty basement and created a beautiful 1000 square foot space, including a full bath and a bedroom. They caused minimal disruption and got the job done in a reasonable time. Photos show the before and after:
