Merman Construction completed a large construction project for us in 2024. The project consisted of a 28x30 garage addition as well as a renovation of the existing garage space to a mudroom and new laundry room. Recently Merman Construction completed work on my property. They did Construction on my shed. They replaced the tile on the roof and repaired the rotted floor. They also replaced the rotted wood on the exterior of the shed. They also did a complete renovation on the second floor of my bi-level. They added a bay window in the dining room and a sliding glass door that opens up to my beautiful Trex deck. I can't that the Mermans enough for their support and guidance. We highly recommend Merman Construction. The crew took the empty basement and created a beautiful 1000 square foot space, including a full bath and a bedroom. They caused minimal disruption and got the job done in a reasonable time. Photos show the before and after:

If you are looking for a professional company then Merman Construction is a great company to deal with. Steve is very knowledgeable and detail oriented and everything they have done here at our home in King of Prussia has been excellent. Steve was recommended to me by a lumber company because I needed someone who was well versed in water problems. They remedied all those problems plus a bunch of other stuff and have been here on more than one occasion. We're very happy customers, thanx again Merman Construction!
