10/10 experience, with now a days prices Jana and Steve got us a GREAT and super competitive price! Not only was the price good, but the service to match it was better. Steve is SUPER diligent, master of his craft. Was able to analyze the scope of the project and the small intricacies from day one. Jana was super on top of it with telling us where we are at through the whole process and providing us interactive models of the extension AS it is being built. Steve is very knowledgeable and explained every detail of his water proofing method. We talked through the color and material choices and couldn't be happier. His crew is very good and he is actually on site doing work, not like other contractors who send crews and you never see the boss. He was very open to our many questions and took the time to explain what was happening and why. Almost forgot to mention Jana she is excellent to work with and all paperwork is sent in a timely matter. Highly recommend Merman Construction.

Merman Construction completed a large construction project for us in 2024. The project consisted of a 28x30 garage addition as well as a renovation of the existing garage space to a mudroom and new laundry room. Steve and his team are true professionals and executed above all expectations. The entire process was handled professionally with attention to detail. We highly recommend Merman Construction. From the beginning, working with Steve was easy and straightforward. We loved the different ideas he suggested when we first met with him and that’s ultimately what set him apart from the other contractors we had met with.
