10/10 experience, with now a days prices Jana and Steve got us a GREAT and super competitive price! Not only was the price good, but the service to match it was better. Steve is SUPER diligent, master of his craft. Was able to analyze the scope of the project and the small intricacies from day one. Steve is very knowledgeable and explained every detail of his water proofing method. We talked through the color and material choices and couldn't be happier. His crew is very good and he is actually on site doing work, not like other contractors who send crews and you never see the boss. He was very open to our many questions and took the time to explain what was happening and why. Almost forgot to mention Jana she is excellent to work with and all paperwork is sent in a timely matter. Highly recommend Merman Construction.
Merman Construction completed a large construction project for us in 2024. The project consisted of a 28x30 garage addition as well as a renovation of the existing garage space to a mudroom and new laundry room. Recently Merman Construction completed work on my property. They did Construction on my shed. They replaced the tile on the roof and repaired the rotted floor. They also replaced the rotted wood on the exterior of the shed. They also did a complete renovation on the second floor of my bi-level. They added a bay window in the dining room and a sliding glass door that opens up to my beautiful Trex deck. I can't that the Mermans enough for their support and guidance. We highly recommend Merman Construction. The crew took the empty basement and created a beautiful 1000 square foot space, including a full bath and a bedroom. They caused minimal disruption and got the job done in a reasonable time. Photos show the before and after:
