This place is simply horrible, to begin with. The first impression even was disgusting. The front desk lady is extremely rude and unprofessional. Not only that but this banya is atrocious, there was just garbage everywhere and I even found bugs in the shower. The service at the restaurant was horrible, everyone has an attitude it doesn't feel welcoming.
