This was the most enjoyable dental visit I have had here in Australia.The team here is friendly, professional, proactive and patient. Everything was explained to me. I felt that I was heard. I was given options and estimates on the work that had to be done. Everything was delivered with a smile. I am so glad a friend recommended Mermaid Smiles. It's going to become my permanent dentist. So happy! I’ve never felt so comfortable at any dentist until I had work done with Georgia Harrison. My first round of fillings I fell asleep and I’m someone that avoids the dentist from being so scared and faints with pain etc. I didn’t experience any of these fears.. and so thankful to have found someone so gentle and caring. The entire team here is warm and friendly. After my first visit (check-up & discussion about fixing an onlay done very poorly by a previous dentist) I left and told my partner that it's as though everyone who works there, actually wants to be there. The smiles are genuine and so is the care. I don't say this lightly. My previous dental clinic (that looked all fancy) shattered my trust in dentists.
