I can confidently recommend Dr Georgia Charleston. She is highly professional and offers fantastic clinical insights and understanding to your dental needs. Her skill and ability is second to none, performing a complex filling with great finesse and shows great awareness to patient comfort, (so much so that I could nearly dose off). Wouldn’t recommend for young children! As I am not one to write a review….i couldn’t let this one slide! I’m really disappointed with our experience at Mermaid Smiles. My seven-year-old needed multiple fillings, and instead of showing patience and understanding, there was a clear lack of compassion during what was already a stressful situation for a child. I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt like this experience deserved one. I was genuinely blown away by the level of service from the moment I walked in. The receptionist was incredibly welcoming and professional, and that same standard carried right through to the dentists and dental assistants. I went in because I’d been dealing with some sensitivity and pain, and the check-up was extremely thorough.
