Overcharged for such minimal service. Very disappointed in this service. Spoke to someone on the phone who assured me taking off the cover of a pool and switching parts of filter does in fact cost $440. Our pools still looks like this. Don’t come here!
The only place in Glastonbury and nearby areas where will genuine people will be willing to help you and find real solutions for your pool .
I can't believe Joe from mermaid pools just stopped by at 7: 30 on a Friday night on memorial Day weekend to respond to a problem we had called about. So many companies have lost the idea of customer service but not mermaid pools! Thank you Joe!
