I drive out of town to come here every two weeks because I love the Customer service, the quality of the products, and everyone is really so nice. I haven’t had a broken nail since I started coming here! They even give you a little shoulder massage at the end of your nail treatment. They pay attention to detail, which matters so much to me. I highly recommend them to everyone!

This place is just careless to the quality of work they put out. They drill your nails so much that they become extremely thin and when they apply the acrylic they do the smallest amount and only at the top after they took off about 50% of the acrylic. They charge crazy prices for such a shitty job. Never again will I go there!!!!

Returned twice since each time price went up. Addendent was less attentive. No massage. One person in our party was taken and the other had to wait. We made reservations. In the middle of my sister's pedicure her tech was told to go to a new client and another tech took over. Have no idea why?? Very unusual to have a tech just leave in the middle of a treatment.

I’ve been going to Mermaid nails for years and they always do an amazing job. This time I asked for a Christmas design and showed them a picture I liked. She knocked it out of the park!! I am beyond thrilled and have been showing everyone my amazing nails! Thank you!!!
