Very pleasant atmosphere...
Use to love going here Joey does great nails. Place has become a joke. Would love for Christine to actually stick to the prices she has listed and not just pick and choose who to charge what. My cuticles have bled from techs being too rough and nail quality is inconsistent. Do your self a favor and go to somewhere with better owners and techs. (says Kyle bc i’m using my mans google)
If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. After years of coming here, I’m officially done with Mermaid Nails. I ask for square nails every single time, and somehow I still walk out with ridiculous looking fat duck nails. It’s like they don’t listen or simply don’t care. I get dragged from chair to chair, tech to tech, like they’re scrambling to find anyone willing to finish the job. Arriving for an appointment and having to wait 30 mins to an hour for service. Usually really great. I think there was only one time I had a bit so great experience, and that was due to a nail tech grinding through my actual nail. But other than that one incident it's been great every time. I love bringing my kids here to get their nails colored. They have lots of options and are pretty well priced considering this town can be expensive.
