If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. After years of coming here, I’m officially done with Mermaid Nails. I ask for square nails every single time, and somehow I still walk out with ridiculous looking fat duck nails. It’s like they don’t listen or simply don’t care. I get dragged from chair to chair, tech to tech, like they’re scrambling to find anyone willing to finish the job. Arriving for an appointment and having to wait 30 mins to an hour for service. Usually really great. I think there was only one time I had a bit so great experience, and that was due to a nail tech grinding through my actual nail. But other than that one incident it's been great every time. I love bringing my kids here to get their nails colored. They have lots of options and are pretty well priced considering this town can be expensive.
Staff is friendly and professional. The place is very clean as well. I have been going there for years.
I just had a fill and a pedicure and it was a pleasant experience. Reasonably priced and comfortable, clean and friendly.
I drive out of town to come here every two weeks because I love the Customer service, the quality of the products, and everyone is really so nice. I haven’t had a broken nail since I started coming here! They even give you a little shoulder massage at the end of your nail treatment. They pay attention to detail, which matters so much to me. I highly recommend them to everyone!
