The staff was extremely rude. We waited for over a hour to bowl and they continued to tell our group we had to wait, but let other people start bowling. We had a group of 11 people and the guy complained he would only have one lane left after giving us two. If we are paying customers isn’t that a good thing? Won’t be going back!!

The server forgot to put our order in. and lied to us telling us it was served to another lane. The GM then told us she forgot to put the order in and said it was not like her to do so. He was rude and didn't want to make anything right. I'm very disappointed and will never set foot in this establishment again. The front desk manager was the only person that apologized and made things right.
I had an amazing time there with the VWO and the MPC wish I lived closer so I could go more often If you are a Vikings fan, this is the place you want to be!!

Horrible service. I was in for the Vikings Country broadcast on 9/6/18. I sat at a table and waited for 20 minutes while servers walked by several times and even helped tables next to me. I finally went to the bar myself to get a drink. Sat another 20 min and still no service. Went to the bar and got another drink. Half hour later I finally asked a server if I could get some food ordered. Very bad service except for the bartender. Had to go to the bar multiple times to order food and beer. And the staff blames you for “breaking” their lanes when their lanes aren’t working.
I spent my New Year's eve party won the steppers contest to won the cash . the food was excellent & the people they're was amazing from the party would yes I will come back Marvin you did a great job and a great host... love your grown folks party Thanks let me know when you have another one....
