I waited for 1hr on call for my gp appointment and after they pick the call they said call us tomorrow we don’t have any appointments. Such a horrible services.
There is no option for zero star, they deserve in minus rating. Very irresponsible. Never pick call. I don’t know why CQC is not considering this every complaints.

Heartless and Disgraceful Service! Absolutely disgusted with Merlin Vas Health and Social Care! I was referred by NHS 111 for my sick baby, arrived just 5 minutes late, and the doctor refused to see my child! No empathy, no care—just pure negligence. Avoid this place at all cost !
