This leasing company is horrible especially the office in Southern California . I could not get the agent there to call back regarding a space that I was interested in. The agent is Katy Noel and she would not respond to any emails or ever pick up her phone . As a leasing agent it’s their responsibility to respond to client inquiries. My agent has never worked with a company that fails to return calls and replies to emails with just 3 words and never with a decent response or any further details. I Dealt with Taylor Pham who was the rudest most unprofessional individual I have dealt across all industries in 30 years of doing business with companies large and small I was threatened that they would not pursue a new renter to take over my lease if I pressed them to get the paperwork through...really?
