There is mold in these apartments. I have told maintenance several times & they always come up with some bullshit excuse. I am allergic to mold & mildew & since I’ve been residing here for years I have had the worst health problems. There is also issues with children touching peoples cars & ding dong ditching! I have told the office & they have yet to do anything! Children are always running into the streets, leaving food, & trashing the neighborhood. Worst place to live …. It’s horrible …
I’ve been a resident at Merlo Station for 10 years. Felipe the current manager is one of the best property managers I’ve experienced. He not only goes above and beyond for the residents and their concerns but takes time to get to know them. Throughout his management of Merlo Station the apartments have improved and made it a better experience whilst we’ve been residing here.
