Bought a a gravity chair and when we got it home it didn't work. The team a Merlin's went out of there way to get a new remote overnighted so my husband could use his new chair. Great customer service.
Oh my gosh, these guys were awesome right from the start. We never felt like we were being pressured, nor wasting their time. They were very patient with our questions, and helped us “old people” understand the answers. I’m so glad we bought from Merlins TV and highly recommend them.

Excellent experience in Pocatello! I have bought 2 TVs, a soundbar and a TV stand over the last few years. Always great quality. They carry the best brands with the latest models.
