Great service from Merlin Lincoln again! Had to get a get a repair under warranty. Service department stepped up and got the parts in ahead. I was able to get repair, oil change, and winter tires installed one trip!
They didn’t wash and detail my car like the Lincoln dealership in Edmonton does with every oil change. Update: The Ford service advisor wouldn’t help me with my power window being stuck in the down position in the middle of winter because they were booked up for the day.
