HUGE shout out to Gena M in the service department! Words can't even express how remarkable she has been. Rosetown Ford put in the wrong transmission and gave me a refurbished one while under warranty. I had issues with the transmission after warranty was up and Gena fought with Ford Canada for me, to get me a brand new one! She was super kind, fast replies and patient.
