Rich was the person I dealt with for getting my replacement (less than 2 years) starter replaced again (from a different shop). Great guy, enthusiastic, helpful, and knowledgeable. Even gave me advice on trying to see if a warranty could apply for my situation. He got me a tow on a Friday night, my car was ready by Saturday morning. So, I went to a business I've worked with in the past first with my car but, they failed to help me . Luckily, because I couldn't drive the car far, Merlin was across the street. They jump right away into gear and run a bunch of tests, provided me with a resolution and even though the fix wasn't a small task, my car was done in 48hrs. Not happy at all took my car in to have them check my rear brakes because they were making noise. They checked over my car and sent $4,300 in recommendations. Told me I needed to change the air filter that wasn’t even 4 months old. They quoted me prices for parts that were marked up 3x what they cost at the auto parts store. They included photos of my car saying there was body damage the car has none. They included photos of a bunch of things except for the one thing I went in for.
