Not happy at all took my car in to have them check my rear brakes because they were making noise. They checked over my car and sent $4,300 in recommendations. Told me I needed to change the air filter that wasn’t even 4 months old. They quoted me prices for parts that were marked up 3x what they cost at the auto parts store. They included photos of my car saying there was body damage the car has none. They included photos of a bunch of things except for the one thing I went in for. Very helpful and friendly staff. I had a bit of an emergency tire situation and they were able to help and get me in and out.
The team at Merlin’s is honest, professional, and truly customer-focused. I recently brought my car in for a tire sensor issue that I was told elsewhere might cost me several hundred dollars to repair. The staff at Merlin’s took the time to carefully look into the problem and, instead of rushing to the expensive fix, they discovered a much simpler solution. Even more impressive, they went ahead and took care of it without charging me for the service.
Staff was so amazing helping a customer in distress. I didn’t have no oil in my car. They took care of it right away. They were really really really nice and they were prompt. I was on my way home within 15 minutes. Thank you so much. I will go back to give you my business, even if it’s far away from my Home.
