We brought our vehicle to Merlin Autobody to get an estimate for a scratch, and James went above and beyond. He asked for 15 minutes, drove the truck into the shop, and buffed out the scratch without charging us a dime. His generosity and professionalism left a fantastic impression. Other shops had quoted us over $3,000, but James showed true integrity. We will absolutely return here for any future bodywork needs! Highly recommended!
