Had excellent service at this Merlin Shop. Came in with a rusted muffler and they assessed the problem quickly and located a replacement muffler at a local warehouse. They immediately drove out to get the replacement and had the car repaired within 4 hours. On top of that, they provided free shuttle service to a local coffee shop to wait out the repair. I drive a lifted truck and they are a pain to align, and though they took over 4 hours to do so, the truck drove like a champ!

A horrible place. Went for an oil change and AC check . Paid more a hundred dollars after being sold extra work that should've been included in their advertised price. And ended up with no answer on the AC problem unless I pay more. And oil leak . Do not go. And if a must , ask about details of pricing get it in writing and be prepared to put a fight .
