Made an internet inquiry, had 2 responses, one from Mike and one from Grace. I asked both of them for a copy of a window sticker or a list of the option packages since no packages were listed. Grace told me to contact Mike ASAP so I did. He couldn't talk then so I got a return call 5 or 6 hours later. It's only been two days since my initial visit to Merlex. I decided to go back and read some of the reviews more closely. Upon arriving at the dealership, the scene was a little chaotic and unorganized. On the sale sticker of the car was a disclaimer " As Is" RED FLAG!!! Merlex - the masters of bait and switch. Ford F150 was advertised at $24,277. Great deal, I thought. On Monday 6/21/21 I made an appointment with "Mike" for a test drive for Wednesday at 1pm 6/23/21. Confirmed my appointment a bit before noon. Arrived about 15 minutes late - traffic - but called again 12:45 to warn I'd hit some traffic. No problem I was told. If I could give this business zero starts, I would. Please DO NOT patronize this business. Some of the employees are rude and not helpful. Be kind to yourself and spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

Trash. If they would have ripped me off as planned I'd have 100 bikes on there property within an hr making this an equal outcome. Stay Away! Completely Dishonest and Fraudulent!!! We purchased a car from MERLEX 2 Weeks ago! before signing the dotted line, the owner Ramil aka Ray (fake names are used here we learned) assured us any issue, his "personal" mechanic will solve. that night, after bringing the car home, lights appeared on the dash! i brought it in the next day and showed Ramil.
