Spent some time researching softeners and companies. Had 4 companies targeted and had pricing and reviews to help decide. Several "larger" companies provided quotes for new and refurb softeners. Seemed to be more interested in moving units, than assisting customers needs. Merlles was not only professional but they are a local family owned and operated company. Have both iron curtain and softener for my well water. Great family business and honest work and always believer on time. Highly recommend to everyone!
