The owner is very knowledgeable in the industry. There is a reason they have been in business for years.
I had a tenant move out after living in one of my rentals for two years. I don't think they vacuumed or took their shoes for 2 years. Replacing the carpet would have cost $3000. I thought about renting a Rug Doctor but I thought I better let an expert do this one. The results were amazing. The carpet looks brand new. I will definitely be calling Merle's again when I need my carpets cleaned.
