Went in July 13 for a bumper issue, they told me they had to order parts, that it would be a few days. A month and half later i had to call them because they never got back to me. Told me they had to order the parts again and that it would be a week and they would call me. 2 and half weeks later they didnt call. I just keep getting the run around

My dad had an appointment here for an oil change on his truck, he dropped off his truck at the time of his appoint at 7:30am and when he returned at 1:30pm, not only had they not done a single thing with his truck, but they treated him extremely disrespectfully. When he came to ask if his truck was ready, an employee named Joe responded with a rude tone, asking what do you want? These people are SO unprofessional, we will not be giving this establishment our business, and we don’t recommend anyone else does either.
