Ear piercing for our daughter. Good customer service, they were quick and efficient, however; we followed the instructions exactly, my daughter did get an infection at 1.5 weeks which we are working through. The solution they provide to clean the piercing with is alcohol based with 3 separate types of dye and smells like mouthwash. After doing a lot of research the aftercare solution seems really terrible.
