Went there this morning and they were great to get my daughter and me in right away but the lady made a bunch of rude comments to me and daughter about our appearances. Made us feel very self conscious and uncomfortable. Room was dirty too. Been there a few times before but will go somewhere else and wouldn't recommend.
I’m disappointed, I took my daughter to get her earrings for first time ever, she was very happy and excited to get her ears pierced. At first one of the ladies was nice, I told her that I wanted the numbing cream and she was trying to convince me not to get it. I guess she was in a hurry because she said that with the numbing cream it was going to take 20 minutes to work and I told her that it was ok, that we could wait.
