Merle Norman is a great place to get your eyebrows done, and the outcome of your brows is always great, however the customer service could be better. I had a very bad experience with Lisa. She was wonderful during the appointment, but when it came time to pay she completely switched up in a rude and unprofessional way when it came to the tip. Coming here for eyebrows since 2008. Nijole is amazing.
I love coming here ! They take excellent care of my brows. I wont go elsewhere as long as this place is open. Also Jen and her team are very consistent which is hard to find
