Wonderful staff as well as services & products
Merle Norman is a great place to get your eyebrows done, and the outcome of your brows is always great, however the customer service could be better. I had a very bad experience with Lisa. She was wonderful during the appointment, but when it came time to pay she completely switched up in a rude and unprofessional way when it came to the tip.
