I had the BEST experience at this makeup store! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and super knowledgeable. She helped me find the perfect shades for my skin tone and gave me amazing tips that actually made a difference in my routine. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a great variety of products to choose from. I never felt rushed just genuinely taken care of. You can tell they really care about helping their customers look and feel their best.

I absolutely love Merle Norman products. I enjoy going to this location since the sales associates are knowledgeable of the products they sell.

Door locked. Worker rude. Didn’t want the take time to help. Complained about being too busy. I left and decided to go to another location. Been using Merle Norman for 15 years but this was my first and last time visiting this Shalotte location and dealing with a salesperson who does not need to work with the public.
