Rude “assistants” at Merle Norman’s location at South’s in Boone. I stopped by to arrange a make-up consultation for an upcoming wedding, and other than a “yes” after my friendly greeting and inquiry, was met with nothing but a frosty stare. I’ve bought formal wear here several times in the past but won’t be returning for clothing or Merle Norman products.
When I called, the worker didn't answer any of my questions about the product. She didn't seem informed, and she hung up on me.
