Worst Merle Norman store I have ever visited. The merle norman website defaults to this store in LA even though I put in my local Merle Norman store so essentially they STEAL the sale from your local store selection. I ordered items and now their carrier has not delivered my items for more than a week. When I complained, they told me it was MY PROBLEM. THESE PEOPLE ARE UNETHICAL AND LACK DECENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. GO TO ANOTHER STORE!
