I was very disappointed with this store. I live a very busy lifestyle and seemed to have misplaced a gift certificate that was given to me. When I called the store I was very upset when they told me they would not honor it, even though they were able to look it up. I had the name and date of purchase and they even vocalized they could see it had not been redeemed.
