This is a beautiful salon with talented stylists who are happy to share their talents with a client! The atmosphere is friendly and relaxing!
Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. They make you a priority during your visit and offer water or coffee and snacks. Highly recommend
Had some issues in the past with Michael the hair stylist due to a miscommunication…. He was a bit snippy with me and made me cry cause I really hate confrontation I have trauma w men like raising their voice at me I’m very sensitive to it… however he did try to make things right in the end and apologized so I’m updating my review to say I appreciate that… besides him I ended up coming back here just yesterday to get an eyebrow wax, they were 30 minutes before close and squeezed me in super quick. Great atmosphere! Loved the hot tea with honey. I’ve been going to Jordan for 10 years for haircuts, and he never disappoints. Great with a reference photo and can do all kinds of styles: pixie, bob, long. I don’t live in Williamsport anymore, but I come back every year during the holidays for a cut with Jordan!
